You can permanently delete your Shop Solo account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it from within the app and how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way is directly in the Shop Solo app:
- Open the Shop Solo app and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account is removed immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app (for example, you've uninstalled it or cannot sign in), email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify your identity:

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify the request comes from your registered email address and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, and any optional details).
- Your saved card references (card brand, last four digits, expiry, and payment-provider token).
- Your shopping carts and cart items.
- Your purchase and payment history within the app.
- Your login sessions and any pending verification codes.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain limited transaction records where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations; such records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
